   Saw after hours doctor on the weekend. From the receptionist to the doctor, they were so kind. Was seen in twenty mins. Appreciate your hard work and dedication.

   The worst clinic I've ever been to. I felt humiliated by the doctor during the consultation, and I had to call them three times to email me the results, but I still haven't received them. I will never go back there!

   Absolute joke of a practice - denying my prescription on meds I can't just stop due to health condition then having the audacity to invoice me $19 to say NO ? Your an absolute joke and I'll be going to another DR like a lot of your other patients do. They also have a young Asian DR who says DRs can't recommend a specialist you have to find your own shows he has no idea how the medical system works. I can't wait to move away from this hazard putting patients lives at risk.

   Trying to get an appointment with your own GP can often take along time, whilst wait times in reception have got longer, the last 2 times I've ended up waiting 50 & 45 mins past my appointment time. Going to change GP surgery, so unhappy with service.

   The reception is terrible, they don’t change things on time. Tell people they have to wait so long and hard to get in. Always call up asking for money when they say your appointment is free of charge. Absolutely rude and unfair too.

   Mornington health center having one of the bad helth services and not good responses evrytime from receptionest being roud and they don't take seriuse I think when parents call them regarding to there kids are health or try to make appointment. Which is not good like playing with our life.

   Been first in the queue for 30mins on the phone only to be hung up on midday on a wednesday. Another time refused to give my children separate appointments because doctor could see them at the same time but then one of my kids did not get medical care because there was no appointment for him. Special needs are ignored. Never get the same doctor twice and bad at communicating. Not a safe place to talk about issues that require a broad view. Not listened to

   worst health centre I have ever been to, messed up my prescription almost every month even though it was the same each time, would take 2-3 phone calls and conversations with multiple people to fix the mistakes they made and receive my correct prescription, rude receptionist, would constantly have to follow up with them, and my doctor was constantly away and the other doctors refused to give me my medications (even though they are on my records and I have been receiving them for years). Don't go here it's a headache

   After being a patient here since I was 8 years old I have finally changed practices. The nurses and receptionists were always lovely to me however I've had nothing but issues with the doctors in particular with Elaine Harvey. Trying to get an appointment with any gp is worse than pulling teeth but trying to see Elaine you had to book atleast 3 weeks in advance! Had to wait over an hour for your appointment and even with the first appointment of the day she would be over half an hour late. Longest wait time I had was 2 hours. Asked for years to see if I have endometriosis to be told "I'm too young" or "you'd know if you had it". Told me my tonsils looked great during an appointment and when I reminded her I had them removed at 16 she told me "I was wondering why I couldn't find them". Lovely lady but terrible doctor!
