“These guys helped us move in December last year, and they made our lives so much easier! We called them to ask about assistance with moving and storing our stuff in between houses and they were quick to reply and organised everything for us. The day of pick up they arrived right when we expected them, they got everything loaded really quickly and moved our entire contents into one of their storage lockers. Super well organised and their incredibly friendly crew made us feel much more comfortable and made moving a breeze. Even though we personally couldn't be there for our move in date, they were great about communicating with our chosen contact person and made sure everything was done as promised. “Every different workman and woman from all of the different rolls were exceptional. The organizational needed to talk to his tradespeople before booking them into time slots with constantly we were told one time that they would be there. Eg told 8am but didn't arrive till 4pm. Apart from that one issue we are really happy with the new bathroom. Once the final 2 tasks paint touchup and shower dome installation. Payment will be once work is completed.”

I was lucky enough to have the Regional Manager be in town the day I called for help. They were professional, kind and very understanding of my situation and need for my car with having three children and a husband who is currently working away. They were at my house with a smile the same day I called helping me sort a new key. I also work in the same Mall and the Dunedin team are always so friendly even if you are just walking past. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Our Samsung fridge /freezer was giving us dramas so we enlisted the help of Nathan from Smyths. An Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy, he quickly diagnosed the problem and even gave us helpful tips for our other appliances. Once the freezer had frosted enough for a repair, Ollie came to our house to carry it out. He did so very efficiently. The cost for the two visits was very reasonable and the freezer has been running great since. I can’t recommend these guys enough!”
