   We are so disappointed in the service we have received from Adams. Their integrity is highly questionable. The DCC has pointed out compliance shortfalls from Adams and they will not come and finish what they have done incorrectly. Management do not care at all. It is not a big job by any means, it is the principle of the matter that's so poor that they won't even come and finish their job, which they have been paid for. Extremely poor.

She was very efficition confirm I was happy with every step of progress and looked at over all picture not just come and fix the reported problem. Thanks so much it is much appreciated.    I feel sorry for the staff that actually do the physical work for this company. Poor communication from office staff and their bosses. Being charged for services that were not performed. Adams are happy to take your money and then leave you with the problems that occur due to their incompetence. Adams have under preformed and over charged. Make what you will of that.

   We had a badly blocked drain which then needed replacing. Adams did a really good job and are a pleasure to deal with. In particular, Ryan is great to work with as is Caroline in the office. Would highly recommend Adams.

   Was extremely disappointed that the company tried to overcharge us by overstating the amount of hours the electrician was on the job. While they corrected the hours following my complaint no apology was received. The electrician's workmanship was very good.

   Great company. Their communication is very good - I even got a phone call from the boss to advise a delay in a quote! We got a new high-pressure hot water tank, which is marvellous. We're really pleased with the work from these professionals. Would definitely recommend them.
