Terrible service and product. We had to ring back and remind them about our order, they had obviously forgotten. Then wood arrived and it was soaked wet, heavy, moldy and wouldn't burn. Very disappointed. We have used this company a number of times but won't be back.
The wood is always dry and good quality but lacks standardized amounts. It seems a scoop is just whatever the driver feels like giving you that day as there can be a huge difference load to load.
Terrible service ordered online over a week ago and it stated 48hours delivery you guys need to update this as when calling have been told that is not correct and that Dunedin branch has to wait to recieve payment from Auckland first to then deliver our wood and they do not accept proof of payment in meantime. Its been over a week no contact and trying to call multiple times with no answer, if I knew the process was this bad I would of happily collected the wood myself its very cold and we were in need when ordering and the wait time on their website is false so please sort it out. Atleast an update on what happening but nothing
Great service, decent sized scoops, dry wood - very happy customer
Friendly and fast, but not recommended to old people or people with any physical problem to come and pick up with you car as you have to load the wood on it.
Ordered online around 11am and delivered before 3pm. Happy with the size of the load and its dryness.
Staff are friendly, but if you don’t want to go into the store, they’ve also got a website where you can order online. Great product range for buying wood during off-peak seasons. Their buying guides were really helpful, and the delivery is really quick too! 10/10 would recommend to a friend
