“As I live an hour away from a Spotlight Store, I occasionally buy online. Todate I have had no problems, with everything arriving in record time. This time I ordered a dress pattern for recently bought material from there. As there was a buy 1, get 1 free, I quickly ordered 2. They had 1, which I got within couple days. Thought the other would follow thru, coming from another branch. A week plus later, I now have the other! Thank you. But I would check your courier for efficiency. Glad I didn't want it straight away. Other than that, I have had only ever had positive service from Spotlight Dunedin. The staff when visiting have always been accommodating as well.”

I was lucky enough to have the Regional Manager be in town the day I called for help. They were professional, kind and very understanding of my situation and need for my car with having three children and a husband who is currently working away. “We have been very impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff at Tilemax Dunedin. After visiting several tile suppliers we returned to Tilemax, feeling the passion they have for tiles and tiling, and their excellent knowledge. Eichann has a very good sense of design, and understood and worked with our concepts, taking time to work through a wide range of tiles, explaining about different tile sizes and types. The tiles we chose were very good quality at a very reasonable price. Delivery was arranged to our rural freight depot, and a few tiles broken in shipping were promptly replaced. Also, Eichann arranged for tiles to be held for us at the suppliers warehouse, to ensure we could access the same batch if we needed more tiles. The friendly atmosphere at Tilemax Dunedin included our beloved Labrador who was always made welcome.”
