   We got a hot water heat pump installed by FeaturEnergy. Tabreez and his team were fantastic to work with. The communication was always prompt and friendly. Tabreez organised the plumber (Don) to accompany him inspect the property prior and talk us through the process. They made it very easy to understand and their down-to-earth communication was much appreciated. From go-to-woah they were just great and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and communication. Their price was also very competitive so all round we had a great experience and I'd recommend them for anyone thinking about installing a hot water heat pump.
