   My house is on quite a steep slope and surrounded by trees. I had previously used Pure Services to clean my guttering (almost a forest growing in them!!) which was by no means an easy task. They did an amazing job so when I needed the exterior of the house soft washed and spider sprayed I contacted them again. Oliver and Garet were absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job. The house and windows are no longer covered in cobwebs with all the detritus that gets caught in them. I am VERY happy. I can't believe how clean my windows look. Usually cobwebs start appearing again within a couple of days. It's such a novelty that I keep going outside to admire the exterior of the house - clean windows, walls and eaves!!! Fantastic. I must sound a bit nutty but honestly the mess used to just stress me out. Thanks again guys.

   After an initial hiccup with a delay in Pure Services getting back to me after initially contacting them, they have been excellent to deal with. Once I confirmed the job they carried out the work the next day. The work was done with no fuss and as far as I can tell from the ground, the gutter clean was well done and with little mess. I would happily use their services again.

   We have just had a full external house wash, including windows, and internal window cleaning. From initial visit to provide an estimate to the work being completed, the service was excellent. All four Pure Services staff who were involved were friendly, efficient and a credit to the company. We were particularly pleased with the manner in which the staff were careful not to damage any plants or garden pots while they were working. The final result was all that we wished for.

   Great customer service and very efficient. We discovered a wasp's nest in one of our external walls and they were able to send someone out same day to get it sorted, and followed up a few days later to check that all was well. Will definitely be using Pure Services again in the future.

   The team at Pure Services Dunedin are great. Dave came out and did the quote and was so through checking out the gutters of our newly purchased home which had several spots with a variety of grasses and weeds growing in the spouting. Jarryd, who was so friendly, courteous and helpful did the cleaning job without the need for ladders on our 5-6 metre home. Susan in the office is great to deal with as well. Thank you to the Dunedin Team at Pure Services. Highly recommend!
