“Best place to take walks on. Very spacious park and has been a part of Christchurch’s identity as the Garden City. Plenty of spaces to take walks and jogs on. Beautifully carved and is clean every time, so you can see how well it’s been taken care of and how disciplined everyone visiting is. Christchurch truly is beautiful and Hagley Park adds to that!”

“Amazing new playground, well designed for kids of all ages. Very creative play equipment. Kids there have been very well mannered and play well together. There are sheltered benches to rest and a drinking fountain. Plenty of parking in the carpark. Location is great, just opposite the aquatic centre so we usually pop over for a swim after a play. Toilets are a few mins walk away, not very close.”

Big open spaces for the dogs to run which is contained with gates to easily open and close when needed. Thought it was awesome too that there were plenty of rubbish bins around also with some picnic tables if you need to have a sit down while watching your dogs play.”
