   It is such a beautiful place to take your puppies on a hot day. Plenty of shade and fresh cool water to play in. Be sure to check the councils web site though as there have been instances of toxic algae blooms and best to keep your dogs out of the water when that happens.

   Great layout to take you dog on a walk through various fenced off areas for you dog to adventure in and has a couple of dog drinking fountains. Seperate area for small dogs too is brilliant.

   Went here a few weeks back and had a lovely time having a look around while the dogs played. The community there are also very friendly and talkative which was really nice to see. Big open spaces for the dogs to run which is contained with gates to easily open and close when needed. Thought it was awesome too that there were plenty of rubbish bins around also with some picnic tables if you need to have a sit down while watching your dogs play.

   I love this park! It's a great huge place divided into different big zones by gates that you open and close as you go through them to keep the dogs within a controlled area. There are a few agility training areas, water areas and open areas. It's great for dogs to socialize and also a good option to have a decent walk if you want them to be off leash but still controlled in a safe area. The carpark gets quite full in the afternoons, but I've never had a problem finding space.

   My girl hasn't been back to the Groynes for 7-8 years,but still seemed to remember...loved it...must get there next time we're in Chch,and will introduce my 1yr old pup...I'm sure he'll enjoy it as much as his Auntie has...good to see the new plantings.

   Great park for the dogs to socialise and run off lead safely. There were unpicked up poos that users hadn’t picked up which is a shame. There is a small area for smaller dogs but this has agility equipment in it as well. Generally a good place with most users behaving with good owner etiquette.

   Such an awesome place for dogs. So many different areas and everyone is always friendly! Awesome play area, equipment for agility training, plenty of rubbish bins, the possibilities are endless with so much space to explore. It's such an asset, and I would travel a long way just to have my doggy have a play and run here!
