The receptionist was great and the person that was assigned to help me, William, was very friendly and helpful. Generally when you visit a shop like this, you can feel a little pressure to buy something even if you're unsure it is a good match, especially if you've tried several products. I didn't get that feeling at all from Adairs: William answered all of my questions and let me try out several products without any issue. “Just had a wonderful experience here. A few weeks ago, I bought some shoes and a pair was ordered and delivered to me. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”
