Fantastic customer service and shop! Allowed us to collect our new boat after hours. It had some teething issues with starting once we got on the water, and they did everything they could to get it working properly! We'd definitely purchase with them again! Cheers guys!
Ordered a guncase for the canam, very impressed with the instore service and their patience with me ensuring fit was right by trying on one in store. Great new store was tempted to buy the new H10 but I had left the $50k in my other pants!!

Disappointed that we drove into town to pick a few things up we have ordered to find that they were closed . Website and door signage states Saturday 9-1 pm .. we were there at 9:05 and waited another 15 min then tried calling but no answer . We left to go do other shopping and drove by to find them still closed at 11am.
We’ve bought two brand new boats from them and after sales customer service has been shocking! Boat was damaged in their care and no responsibility was taken. Cannot be trusted! Will not purchase from them again and definitely won’t recommend anyone else does!

I'm not really one to do reviews but thought it worth the effort for the team at Action Water Sports. We recently bought a Seadoo GTX 230. Daniel, Matt and the highly professional team listened carefully and offered great advice on which of the comprehensive range of skis best suited our needs. Our first few hours on the GTX just proved how accurate that advice was. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product but more important was professionalism, knowledge and warmth they displayed throughout the process. Many thanks
