   I was in need of a product to relief the itchiness on the bottom of my foot, caused by some kind of bite... most likely. I expressed my preference for a natural product and was offered a botanical gel with thyme and witch hazel. Now, a few hours later I can honestly say that the itch is subsiding. I feel relieved. Great friendly service, thank you!

   I had a bit of trouble finding my Perfume and Christine came over and help me find what I was looking for and took care of me. She was very polite and sweet. Definitely will be a new favourite location for me.

   Lovely staff. Rip off prices for basic sanitary pads. Cost $10 for one pack, same brand pack priced $6.50 in NW or Woolworths, $6 in chemist warehouse. Not cool Lifestyle Pharmacy.

   I was in line to get medicine for my son. A till became available and I gave the prescription to the the lady behind it. She took one look at me and passed on the prescription I gave her to the lady on the next till. I thought she just needed to go to the back to do something, but as the other lady took the prescription from her, she went on to switch till and welcomed the next customer behind me. There was no explanation at all as to why she couldn't help me. Made me feel discriminated, that's all.

   It wasn't my first time here but it was my first time with such notable service that I feel the need to share my review. I've always had pretty good service here, but last week I went in to pick up my usual piles of prescriptions and was served by the lovely May and honestly.... I was so touched by the beautiful way she treated me! So much so that, almost a week later, I'm still thinking about how fantastic she is. Even so much so that I felt inclined to give her a hug! She was so lovely and caring and a real asset to your team. Exceptional customer service. Thanks May!

   No offence to the pharmacy but I have been a customer there for over 9 years and no one has remembered my name in all that time, except a young girl who started last year. She sees me and she just goes and gets my prescription without even asking my name.(That's what I call great service).

   Really disappointed with the smirking and disgusting response from Corina this morning. She interrupted me constantly. Not what I expect for customer service. When I explained that it wasn't acceptable and I would be contacting Life Pharmacy's head office she smirked and explained each pharmacy is privately owned so not her problem.

   Today I had a wonderful experience having my make up done by Atalia. She used Estee Lauder products and I was thrilled with the result. Atalia is a delightful young woman, professional in manner, very easy to engage with, listens well and gently applies the products. Highly recommended.
