Joanne made sure that I was totally happy with the colour and shape of my brows before she started and took great care to get them exactly as I wanted them. A few weeks later I went for a follow up appointment where Joanne tweaked my brows slightly and made them even more perfect. Joanne then restyled my hair and I left there feeling very pampered. Kirsten saw me quickly and carried out a thorough body analysis, asking questions and checking my different movements and identified the underlying causes to my back pain. Weak fascia due to several surgeries needed scar massaging and instead of having what I assumed would help (a massage). Kirsten educated me on how to fix these weak points by sending me home with techniques and exercise’s to strengthen my areas and have long term stability and strength. My pain reduced within a day and was non existent two days later. I have a-lot of confidence and trust in seeing Kirsten for any issues in future, rather than a quick fix massage she located the weak points and explained simply and clearly how to ensure this is not a problem in future. “I took my critically ill Chihuahua to this vet on Friday morning after she had been under the care of another vet for a week with no idea as to what was wrong. Within 30 seconds a lump was found. Daisy, my dog, was operated on Friday evening and an earplug was removed from her intestine. The next day Daisy nearly passed away but the dedication of the vet saved her. I have no doubt that my dog would have died without the care of this practice. For that reason they have hero status in my mind. I will never have enough words and cannot recommend enough.”
