   We worked with Marcus to secure our first mortgage. He made the whole process so much easier than I expected. There were no major hoops to jump through; it was largely an exercise of providing Marcus with readily available documents and letting him sort out the rest. Communication was excellent throughout the process with fast responses to any questions we had and frequent updates throughout. Additionally, Marcus gave us realistic expectations regarding what we could borrow which allowed us to purchase a home we were happy with while also ensuring we were not stretched financially after purchasing which has allowed us to enjoy life in our new home with no concerns about our financial situation.
