5 stars isn’t enough. From first contact through treatment plan, they were amazing. All of the team went above and beyond. Never have we felt that our French Bulldog has been in such great hands. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
This was our first time visiting VSA in Christchurch - a really great experience. Great welcome, and then a really informative, friendly discussion with the vet. Provided us with a lot of information to make our own decisions and next steps. We felt really well informed, well listened to, and our dog was made to feel so welcome throughout the consultation.
Theodore is a generally good boy. However, this was never tested at VSA. From the Vet Crew, Nurses, Physio to Adminstration every person treated him like a king. The team kept in contact, was transparent and kept us updated with all things important and made a big trip from Dunedin for surgery stress free for both Theodore and myself. Thank you to all involved in his treatment and care, it is hugely appricated.
We got the appointment for our lovely Labrador at the VSA Christchurch swiftly after our vets referred us. The communication was great, we were well looked after by a professional and very caring team of vet specialists, nurses and receptionists. But most importantly - our dog feels so much better now. The CT scan prior to the surgery was the best decision and made the process easier for everyone. We're relieved and grateful for all the wonderful support and highly recommend the VSA Christchurch. The communication from everyone on the VSA team gave us so much calm and confidence. Morning, afternoon, evening calls - every day they had our dog Van. Very informed, very supported. We really felt they care and loved our animal. The surgery was a great success, and he's recovered really well in a matter of days. So happy.
Our cat was hit by a car and ended up here. The staff were very friendly and communicative every day and fixed up our cat well so far.
