WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I booked an appointment, went there Jenna said they havent got any appointment for me as she just booked free consultation.I showed her confirmation email that she send me,she started apologizing. She said she got an appointment on Tuesday at 5 .00 pm.I said ok will let her know.Rang clinic within 15 min and lady said they dont have anything at 5.00 pm,i asked her if she can ask Jenna to call me back.Never received any call back.Emailed no reply.Finally received an email back today after i send another email .She said she doesn't have any appointment at 5 as they booked fast.Well lady i rang straight away to book it as you messed up my original appointment. What a service.NOT RECCOMENDED at all. Reply -- I do have email which clearly states TREATMENT.Get your facts right before sending a reply.

The girls are amazing! Very professional and will look after you in a long term. I quite like an idea of having a 2-weeks paid plan and no need to worry of what needs to be done. They know what is best for you, will create individual program. The skin looks very good after more than a year with these ladies ❤️
The best Caci Clinic I have ever been too! The customer service is outstanding and the girls make you feel comfortable in every aspect. They were able to answer all my skin care questions and take me through there recommendations - my skin has never looked better!
