Cynthia made me feel at ease and fully explained everything, from the taking of background information, the testing process and the results. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the various hearing aids available and I did not feel under pressure to make a hasty decision. That said I was so confident that I had all the information I needed to make a reasoned decision that I ordered hearing aids immediately.
