The team at Northlands Animal Care Hospital have been amazing with all our animals over the years, from the cattery to the vet care. Even though we’ve moved away from Christchurch, we still make the trip back for our appointments because we trust them completely. We love you, NACH
The best vets I’ve ever been too! I showed up without an appointment due to an emergency and they were the most accommodating, supportive and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable staff and have been great at the after care. Staff have gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and the after care check ins have been a great assurance. In particular Keryn and Bree! I immediately changed vets to these guys! Can’t recommend them enough!
I just called to discuss a couple things prior to viewing a new puppy and I spoke with Chris on the reception line who was so lovely and had some great discussion points that I could be asking the breeder about. I really appreciated his time as not yet clients but after my discussion with him I will definitely be signing my new pup here. To get someone who didn't rush me on the phone and was really helpful and genuinely cared was much appreciated. Thank you Chris!
I would highly recommend these guys. Had to see them over a long weekend when our vet was closed and have since transferred our 2 dogs and cat over to them. They are all so helpful and go beyond expectations. They even rang to check up on our cat the following week to see how she was doing and have given us really great advice. They really care about your pets and very well priced. 10 out of 10 ⭐️
I’m forever grateful to have found Northlands Animal Care Hospital. After a traumatic experience with our previous vet, which sadly resulted in the loss of our beloved dog, we were hesitant to trust again. However, numerous recommendations led us to this incredible team, and we've never looked back. The warm welcomes, compassionate care, and knowledgeable staff have been a breath of fresh air. Dr. Kerryn, Silvi, Erica, and the entire nursing team are exceptional professionals who genuinely care about their patients and their families. Recently, one of our dogs received a challenging diagnosis, requiring lifelong management. The support and guidance we've received from the team has been invaluable. They've been there for us during a difficult time, offering reassurance and expert advice whenever we need it. We feel grateful that our fur babies are in the best possible hands, and we can't thank the team enough for their unwavering compassion, expertise, and dedication. Lots of love from Duke & Gus ♥️
The vets, nurses and everyone involved in the amazing care NACH have provided for our pets has been outstanding. Our Harley has had issues with lameness and the team have looked after her so well, so well that she gets excited and is full of smiles every time she visits. From walking in the door, consult and leaving, everyone is kind, friendly and smiling. You can tell the staff love and care about their furry patients. Keryn is extremely knowledgeable, caring, passionate and genuinely wants the best for your pet. The standard of care here is Paw-some!! I can't recommend NACH enough! If I could give more stars, I would! Thank you all so much for all the care you've provided for our fur-bubs.
Truly outstanding veterinary clinic that goes above and beyond! I can't speak highly enough of staff and vets at Northland Animal Care Hospital, always kind, caring and compassionate, none more so than in recent times when dealing with our special boy Micah with an ongoing chronic illness. Special mention must be made of Keryn for her amazing knowledge, expertise and genuine caring which enabled us to have more time with our beloved boy. 5 stars isint enough!! Amazing vet, amazing staff and just great people. Northlands animal care were amazing with our little boy, very understand and supportive and go above an beyond to make sure we understood our babies diagnosis. They have been nothing but supportive in our boys on going care. I couldn’t recommend these guys any more !!
The lovely Keryn and team recently took care of our beloved Louie after illness struck! They were amazing communicating with us and looked after him so well. We are pleased he's home again but we will be sure to visit for check ups more often as the service is fantastic.
I have been taking my spaniel and moggy cat here for over 4 years. The vets and staff are so knowledgeable and kind - I trust them completely with my fur babies and the whole team has always gone over and beyond and put me at ease during times they’ve needed surgery or emergency treatment. You can tell they genuinely care about the animal's wellbeing! Highly recommend.
