I have seen nurse Maddison a couple of times, she is so friendly, easy to talk to, helpful, thorough, reassuring. A real asset to the nursing profession. Doctor Teo and reception staff are also very good.
I cannot recommend 1Health Clinic at Wigram enough. As we were planning our vacation to Indochina (Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos), we were filled with anxiety about the required vaccinations and health guidelines. From the moment I called, the staff was a breath of fresh air. They managed to fit us in with an immediate appointment which was a huge relief in itself. Dr Bernard was absolutely wonderful—both friendly and warm, making us feel instantly at ease. He displayed vast professionalism and deep knowledge, carefully walking us through every requisite vaccination and health guideline . He took the time to explain the 'why' behind each recommendation, which completely eased my anguish and anxiety. We left feeling 100% confident and prepared, ready to enjoy our vacation without health worries. If you need travel medical advice, especially on short notice, look no further. This clinic is a true gem. Thank you for your incredible service!
Excellent experience. I always feel heard by Dr Teo. He has completed extra training in women’s health so I have felt extremely supported in my perimenopause journey. I had an experience with another GP who dismissed me and my daughter regarding her ADHD symptoms and we weren’t referred on. Dr Teo listened with full attention and referred both of us to the specialists we needed and is now supportive with ADHD medication management. I feel I can ask the questions that I need to understand the condition, treatment process and treatment options. My daughters like him too and he is very attentive and patient with them. Runs on time for appointments.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! I had an excellent experience at 1 Health Clinic. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating from start to finish. Dr. Bernard Teo was very professional, gentle, and clearly knowledgeable while checking my wound. Shania was amazing, she’s easy to talk to patient and explained everything thoroughly during our consultation. I’m usually afraid of needles, but her calm and friendly approach made me feel comfortable enough to agree to the shot, and she cleaned my wound with great care. Maddie, who administered my anti-tetanus shot, was also so gentle that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Overall, the whole team made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Hopefully they won’t change, as I’m a new patient and I’ve even transferred myself and my family to this clinic because of how great the service has been.
