   Excellent sales person, awful after sales customer care. Signed the contract early November and was given verbal confirmation by Dr Rushika I would have my design pre-xmas. When I called to enquire, the receptionist kept quoting the contract without acknowledging the verbal discussion I'd had with Dr Rushika. The receptionist then wanted the payment remainder despite not having even recieved my design yet. They then decided I was not a suitable customer due to getting annoyed at the receptionists poor attitude and listening skills, so told me I would be refunded. I am STILL waiting for my refund because Rushika is 'too busy'... to read an email and process a refund. This clinic over-promises and under-delivers. I recieved contradictory information between the contract, the first consult, and the second measuring appointment. This is absolutely a money making venture. They take your money, omit all the hidden costs, and rush you through. Beware of the well-versed sales pitch. Beyond that, it's all smoke and mirrors. Update post response: At no point was I rude, nor aggressive. The young, untrained receptionist did not like being challenged with her vague answers. She absolutely had the opportunity to provide a response and commented the design was still being completed. Her tone and choice of words indicating the design was nowhere near completion. Not once did any of the senior business people attempt to communicate my design would be ready as verbally stated. Their commets are all outright lies to protect their reputation. As for being 'award winning', I've since learned the awards are for the number of devices sold. Not the quality of work done. Further, I had to follow-up with the clinic to have my refund processed. Go elsewhere. These people are glorified sales people. I also highly recommend reading first-person accounts online. LOTS of extra hidden problems and costs.

   Was an awesome experience to get my teeth straightened at Smilesville, from the first visit until I received my retainers, I felt welcome and looked after. Every step was explained and where I needed extra support they were there to guide me and provided all the information I needed. The process is simple to follow, you just need to be dedicated to complete the journey. Dr Ruchika is great, she explained in detail what will happen to my teeth during the process and was very honest about the outcome and how it will affect me long term. She also celebrated my completion as if it was her own experience. Really a great Team that looks after you. Can’t say thank you enough for the amazing support to get to where I am today. Thank you Team Smilesville!

   I used to come here regularly, especially for my Invisalign treatment, and always considered it my go-to place. Unfortunately, my last experience completely changed my view. During a consultation, I followed the dentist’s instructions to fit my aligners, and in the process, one of my front teeth broke. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge me a $450 “fee” for the repair. I refused to pay, as I strongly believe it was their responsibility, not mine. To make matters worse, I had an important event the very next day, which made the situation even more stressful for me. Few days after they offered to replace my retainers “free of charge” but i had to go with my teeth fixed (still didn’t take responsibility for the broken teeth). I lost trust and changed providers. RESPONSE UPDATE: I purchased my retainers twice, and neither time was any scan performed; both sets fit perfectly. In fact, my current retainers fit well, and I still use them regularly. My teeth broke because the dentist instructed me to bite the chewies repeatedly, despite knowing my teeth had already been repaired. Therefore, the responsibility lies with Smileville's dentist.

   I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ruchika and her team at Smilesville throughout my Invisalign journey. From the very first welcoming smile to the final results, everything was seamless and reassuring. Dr. Ruchika has such a caring and gentle nature, she made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I’m now always smiling! She also looked after my daughter’s teeth, and I was so pleased to see how well she connected with her. My daughter felt completely at ease and in safe, reassuring hands.    HANDS DOWN!! best place ever I am new to Christchurch and had been thinking about getting Invisalign done but most dentists wanted to extract my teeth but not Ruchika during our consultation she listened and understood and brought options to the table (no extractions needed YAY) The process of Invisalign was a breeze my 2 and a bit years went by so quickly no problems also within that time. The staff of Smilesville went the extra mile in helping re booking appointments and re scheduling if needed they are the best. after my treatment I had teeth cleaning and whitening just for the cherry on top and I'm glad I did they are SHIMMERING!! another HUGE THANK YOU!!! to Dr Ruchika and the Team @Smilesville Riccarton #I LOVE MY SMILE

For the whole time, dr Ruchika and Smilesville Dental team kept a high level of care, professionalism, knowledge and most importantly, patience.
