   Since day one the team at Caci Marshland have been nothing but phenomenal! They listen to my skin concerns and really really care. I was going in for weekly sessions for a while and now I am down to monthly and I MISS seeing them every week!! As for my skin, my main concern has been acne and they have been so caring and supportive. Brenna is an absolute angel and she has made such big improvements for me - not just with the treatments but even product recommendations. I love trying all of the different treatments, they feel so good and it’s just the highlight of my month!!! I’m so glad I trusted Caci with this journey as It was so hard trying to navigate it on my own. I can’t wait to share my before and after pics tooo ;-) Absolutely recommend the team at Caci Marshland. You are all the BEST!!!

   Love love love Caci!! I come once a month for a facial and get whatever they recommend for me depending on my skin on the day. I leave with my skin so fresh and glowing! When I do my make up it looks flawless and hydrated! I’ll never cancel my subscription. Best investment I ever made into myself! No more supermarket skin care, I only use the best now. Plus Afterpay! It’s a no brainer

The ladies were all super warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable (perfect for someone like me who is pretty basic when it comes to skin care!)    We are shocked and upset with a negative feedback from the business owner, hence decided to leave a feedback The owner of the business brought 5 of her employees for the treatment of the nails in our salon. We were thrilled to see the beauty therapists getting their treatment from our salon. According to the owner they were happy with the treatment. However 10 days later, we received the negative feedback from owner on our business page not because of the service but because of the misunderstanding. In the feedback, we were being accused to contact one of the employee from Caci clinic to work for us through the contact details. We called the owner and mentioned that we have posted the job on Seek and there is an option to send the job to the matching candidates, where they can see the job and apply if interested. We have sent the link to more than 10 matching candidates. And unknowingly, we sent the job link to one of the employee from Caci Marshland whose profile on seek does not show she work here instead it shows, she is from Australia not New Zealand. And the owner of this business decided to leave a negative feedback on our business for contacting the employee which we felt was very unprofessional. If the feedback was about the service we would accept it happily

   The ladies that work here are so kind, lovely and friendly. I’ve always been very, very insecure when it comes to my skin. I would never show it off, nor let anybody see it. But my perspective of it changed once I started coming here, since my first appointment they have ALWAYS made me feel comfortable with how I look, regardless of how many spots and scarring I have on my face. I’ve never felt as if I am out of place, they greet you by name on arrival, always ask how you are and what you’ve been up to that week or even in general, their hospitality is through the roof! And the kindness they show you is awesome. They genuinely care about you and people like this are so hard to find in this day and age.. I love this place, best payments plans! Conversations and all the BEST products and service in the game. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Caci gal for life ☺️ Definitely deserves a 5 star rating, HIGHLY recommend!
