   Friendly and professional staff. Got the shuttle from airport to Omega, arrived quickly and a really nice shuttle driver. At the office it was an easy process and the car wonderful (Toyota Corolla Hybrid). Smooth and easy to drive, very comfortable and economical. Eight days later when returning the car, it again was an easy and quick process. The staff are great. Shuttle back to airport. Great service and value. Highly recommend using Omega Car Rentals. Their awesome.

   I booked the car online and the pick-up and return process were very simple and smooth. The vehicle I rented was a Hyundai iMax 8-seater diesel with around 130,000 km mileage. The interior was clean, the performance and fuel efficiency were good, and the overall condition of the car had no issues. The space was excellent, making it very convenient for carrying luggage. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free rental experience.

   We recently hired a simple Toyota Carolla sedan of Omega in Christchurch. The reason for the five stars is that the whole deal was value for money. We got a clean and tidy car with 150K km on it that was mechanically sound. This was value for money, much cheaper than the big hire car companies, and the service was all fuss free. Would recommend.    Great car at a reasonable price. Very economical. Great pick up and drop off service from Christchurch Airport. The only thing that could be improved is longer office hours as 4.30pm last pick up is way to early in winter when arriving from international flights.

   I super duper love the car!!! don't judge the book by its cover i could say, it looks old by appearance but it runs so good and so well. Roadtrip from Christchurch to Queenstown-no problem at all-very good break and can smoothly run up to hills & mountains of Queenstown with no difficulty. I highly recommended!. Also, very cheap-cheapest I've ever seen in a car rental in the whole New Zealand. I hope they have a branch in Tauranga. pls put one. + super easy transaction, great staffs. I can't say anything negative. 5 star for me

   Great rental with Omega : had the budget car from them at the best price we could find on the market (Mazda), and the car worked absolutely fine, was clean and had very low consumption. Overall easy and fast service at pick up and drop off + convenient shuttle to airport. 100% recommend for travelers in NZ !!
