Good service. An emergency situation was treated well and quickly. Then got tested and glasses made as a result.
May, one of the optometrist on site is absolutely amazing! Exceedingly knowledgeable and professional with a wonderful demeanour. Very impressed. The store itself is clean, bright and tidy. Very happy with our visit.
Excellent service. Was well looked after, and once I had finished a thorough eye examine I was helped to get new glasses to solve my vision issues.

Done the eye thing and found Specsavers to be quite good to deal with. Nice polite friendly staff and my Optometrist was very clear with information for me. Staff were more than happy to assist when I popped in earlier than my booked time to pick my new glasses up so with this I say thank you! I will say this however: a) very surprised to find a cost of $60 (family in Australia said that wasn't the case there) and b) the cases provided with my glasses are I feel very cheap and nasty (there was no offer of another choice even for me to pay for something different). Overall though I am a happy customer :-)

Excellent service both for me and two other members of my family. I can't understand why the service and professionalism here is so much higher than the Riccarton branch. Why no consistency across different branches?
I have been wearing glasses for 50 odd years and never have I experienced service like at Rangiora Specsavers. It was fabulous, the staff were very attentive and professional, the optometrists were extremely thorough. I needed to see an opthomologist at the hospital and they got me an appointment the very next day. Excellent service Rangiora Specsavers.
Superb service as always, great selection of glasses, range of prices and colours and design. All staff efficient and polite. Everything clearly explained and all options given.
