“I contacted Jolene a few years ago because she was recommended by a friend, she assisted us then with a booking and made it so easy that we emailed to assist us with this trip. she is very helpful and easy to communicate with - we have never met all bookings completed via emails and a couple of phone calls. She always replies quickly and provided a few choices in flight classes and prices as requested which must make more work for her, so very gratefully for this.
