Recently, we have taken ownership of a big puppy and have been dealing with the team at Lincoln. They were so extremely helpful with change of ownership and what we needed to do to take over our big boy! We are so grateful for your knowledge and support!!
Yesterday, 08 October 2025, I had to make one of the most toughest decisions and put my sweet boy Mr Tigger to rest. Unfortunately, being 22 years old his health declined rapidly in 24 hours and it was his time. I want to personally thank all the team and the vet (I was so distraught I did not get her name sorry), for making Tiggy and my final moments together so calm, despite my inconsolable sobbing. The vet reassured me of the process, having never done this before, and gave me time to grieve without rushing. The ladies on reception were so very kind answering my questions through tears. Tiggy is now at rest and the cremation is all organized through Petfirst. This is such a relief and reduces the stress/anxiety. Thank you so so kindly from my heart for being there for my family and Mr Tigger, we are looking forward to having him back home soon. The thing that I want and need from my local vet is the willingness to look for solutions and learn. Yes, experience is essential but we're all learning eh? I appreciate that Kathryn and Annalisa look to find the causes of the issues. Love how attentive and caring you all are. You're a busy busy practice and yet you take the time to know us and our babies. Thanks for follow ups and checking in. Grateful for the care of our boy Coach (and all the adopted felines I've been landed with). Nurses, too. Shout out to Maddie in particular - you've been with us the longest.
