We experienced a wonderful customer service at Specsavers Hornby (inside the hub) Isabella assisted us so well and manager Tim for frame replacement of my son. I highly recommend this store!
Edit; Ella is an absolute Gem and really saved my experice. She was friendly and professional and I feel like she went above and beyond to fix the mistakes her other team members made. I called in the day before to confirm my appointments (contact lenses fitting and the floater test mentioned bellow) she let me know everything I needed to know, including telling me I would need someone else to drive me to the appointment, which I hadn't been told before so I'm very thankful to her. Original; Normally i have a decent experience here but I think the team need to work on their customer service skills. Was booked in to have a floater test done. When I booked in (in store after a standard check up) the man who booked my appointment told me I would need to arrive 15 minutes early to apply some eye drops before the test. Text remembers say nothing about arriving early but I still show up 15 minutes before my appointment start time. When I arrive they tell me I was ment to be there 30 minutes early and no matter how many times I tell them I was told 15 the next 20 minutes spent trying to rebook this appointment the girl booking me in is acting like it's my fault I was "late" and being passive aggressive about being sure I'm there on time for my next appointment. I will update after my test is complete.
I had an eye test conducted by Alice, and I must say that she is both professional and patient. What impressed me even more was her ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin. As a Mandarin speaker, this was incredibly helpful and made the entire process much smoother. I highly recommend Alice for anyone seeking an eye test, especially those who appreciate a professional who can also cater to different language needs.
