“I have decided to write this review as the service I received from this company was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I had previously supported another carpet cleaning business for numerous years and decided to try AA Carpet Cleaning. This business has a winning forumula, "Their people combined with superior cleaning equipment, knowledge and expertise and genuine desire to service their customer in the best possible way. Matthew took my service call and arranged a prompt cleaning service with his top technician under 24 hrs to meet my request. Jonathon represented AA carpet cleaning as their technician. He was on time, courteous and very respectful of our property and belongings. He was genuinely interested to find out what problematic stains we may have and explained the process he would use. He worked efficiently and was very thorough with the cleaning process. Johnathon operates at a level beyond a typical employee with his high standard of professionalism. AA Carpet cleaning operate at a 5 star level with the owner co-ordinating the cleaning jobs you know you are in good hands. You will be impressed with their service. It is second to none. I am delighted to know there is a great service I can use and will support from now and in the future.”

“This café is near my workplace, and I often stop by. It gets quite busy in the mornings. I tried an Aerocano here for the first time, and the fine foam on top was delicious. Especially when the boss makes it, the foam is beautifully crafted. (For Japanese coffee lovers who prefer black coffee, I highly recommend trying it, though it’s not listed on the electronic order menu.) Aside from coffee, I also enjoy the feijoa smoothie. I only discovered feijoa after coming to New Zealand, and it’s such a delicious fruit. The staff has changed a bit over time, but they always greet me with a smile. Thank you so much, as always!”

“Twas the first time experiencing this shore. I went to their Mt Albert shop today. I told the 2 ladies who helped me that I'm from up north and they told me where I could possibly buy my goods in my home town. They even gave me a shop address for me to go and look even though it wasn't 1 of their branches. I have to say it just made them look really good. They obviously know the law of karma. When I'm down in Auckland I will still definitely call into 1 of their 2 branches. They even went and found a box and newspaper for my trip to keep them chilled and frozen and taped the box up for me. In my experience that's a very rare thing for them to go that far. 5 ⭐'s are clearly not enough for their service with me today.”

“Me and my wife finally re-did our kitchen for our family home a couple of years ago. 2 Years on, the kitchen is still in brilliant condition, functioning great and surviving two wild children (touch wood). I understand customer experience from my line of work, and every step of the Kitchen Mania experience has had that in mind. From the initial engagement they were clear at helping steer us through the journey, providing advice and consultation every step of the way. The delivery of the kitchen was SUPER quick, super professional in their comms and where there was a need for a minor tweak a week later, they came out promptly, sorted it with no dramas. Couldn't get a better experience and when you've got a big change with lots of moving parts for the home, you want a group of people that can manage this professionally and with excellence.”

“Excellent service and food. Meals came out quite quickly. The big breakfast had generous portions. Their hash browns are probably the highlight of the experience. The oats were wholesome and vegan options available for those who require it. The menu is limited but excellent. Coffee goes down just as well as the food. The freshly squeezed apple juice is perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone after a fussy breakfast.”
