   Decided to come during my lunch break and pick up my medication, I was initially told over the phone that this would be ready and to just come to the pharmacy, when I got there and asked if I had anything ready for pick up, the lady at reception said "no nothing here with your name" so I left, but then I went back and asked her to please check again with my NHI and then she after 15mins she said "oh its here" by now I'm abit annoyed because not only did she not check, she didnt bother to look around the bench.. this is disgusting customer service and this is lazy! if you dislike your job, please resign and let someone have the opportunity to help and serve our patients and customers with excellent customer service and care. thats all! :-)

   My worst experience in last 25 years in New Zealand. Don’t know the guy name but he was so rude and way too arrogantly. The way he talked to us , me and wife was feel like He just don’t know how to talk with human. I understand everyone days is not same but it’s doesn’t mean you took ur anger to other person. Lucky we got refund because no point to give business to people who doesn't know how to talk with people. He was charging us for $30 for prescriptions medication and while for same prescription and medication we got it for $10 at chemist warehouse

   I had a wonderful experience at this chemist when my daughter got her ears pierced. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. They made sure my daughter felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. Everything was done hygienically, and they explained the aftercare clearly. My daughter’s ears healed beautifully, and she is thrilled with her new earrings! I would highly recommend this chemist for anyone considering ear piercing. A big thank you to the team for making this a positive and stress-free experience!

   Really bad experience for the passport size photo. First they were asking for the payment $13, and then later they explained ‘currently our camera is not working but we can do from back camera of the phone and we will edit and will check if incase not acceptable come back we will do again’. First of all, time is important and don’t want to waste my time for recapture from phone camera. Second you should explain to customer about your camera situation before service charges. Mostly people have smartphones in their pocket, if you use phone cameras for official photos and charged $13 why we would come your shop? I suggest please use professional camera and let people know about camera not working before charging them money. Thank you!

   Staff are lovely and kind, enjoyed my consultation for an OTC med where as going to the GP was requiring me to take a test and wait 3 days to get access for a medication that is available OTC for a couple years now. By then I would gotten very sick, I was in a lot of discomfort and they made me feel better by explaining all the do and don'ts while being on those meds. Much infor than a GP, thank you for the great service.

   Charged a 96-year-old man $72 for his prescription where other are free Disgraceful rude Manager who thinks ripping off old people is OK, will never return to this place and suggest others look elsewhere. To your reply. You got a negative review due to your attitude and lack of empathy to a 96 year old in the community, which I will always support local, don’t blame the government as nearly all other pharmacy’s including other Unichems waver the fee,
