   I deeply appreciate John the Service Managers invaluable help throughout a very challenging process that I had with a 2nd hand car I bought elsewhere. He helped me tremendously with patience, clear explanations and dogged investigation regarding the mechanical issue I had. If you are not mechanically savvy, it is very scary trying to find someone to trust. John is knowledgeable and can be trusted. Renault Auckland did a great job and gave my car back nice and clean.    I called them to book a test drive for a car. The service was spot right from the first interaction with the team. I have had the best service delivered to me by Chris, he was in fact proactive to inform that he will not be available on the day I was coming in and had another team member ready to assist me. To my surprise he went above and beyond to come in on the day, himself and helped me. If you are looking for a Renault car and want the best of service I wouldn't look beyond the team here. Happy to have them as a part of my motoring family. Cheers team, keep rocking.
