He was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I received MPV & Gauge the next day and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend!

   Well I wish I had used this company first. I had already spent a ton of money on a previous pool repair company - and the previous company put 2 things in backward ( one of which heat damaged the pump ) . Pool doctor was super professional, no mucking around -and straight into getting things sorted. The final price ( for what they did ) was pretty reasonable - much better than I thought it would be. Friendly staff, informative and got the job done well. Highly rate and will use them again!

   I booked a regular Velvet service with Pool Doctor in late 2023. Their manager informed me that the service would be scheduled twice a month for eight months during the warm season and once a month for four months during the cold season. However, last winter, they continued cleaning my pool twice a month. When I contacted the manager about this, he told me that I had the option to reduce the service to once a month, but I needed to notify them in advance. He claimed this policy was stated in their terms and conditions, yet he never mentioned it when we visited their store to book the service. This felt quite shady. As a result, I suspended the regular Velvet service for a few months. Later, when we decided to rebook it since we didn’t have time to maintain our pool. Though we were not satisfied with their scheduling but their cleaning performance is good. They always sent us some photos once they finished the job. However, we were shocked when their manager declined our request. This is very arrogant and unfriendly.

   Wow. $400 to come out and test a heater. And $15 charge for solder. Then when I picked up the heater, because I couldn’t afford the quote for a new element, they had lost some of the screws for the box holding the pcb.

   Megan and the team are awesome! They have replaced the sand filter and pool pump for me and it works a treat. Their repairs are excellent and their after sales service is second to none. Megan has recently offered great advice to me - you don't get that after sales service these days. They really care. Highly recommend for repairs!

   I cannot rate the service from Pool Doctor highly enough. Saturday morning I went to backwash the filter and there was a loud crack and then water gushing out! Within half hour of my desperate call, they were here, problem fixed in short term. I then dropped pump in for repair and just been called its all fixed and ready to be reinstalled. Honestly the friendly, prompt and practical service is outstanding! loyal customer for life!
