I recently purchased a new front grille and two fog light grilles for the front end of my Audi A1 from Auckland Car Parts Ltd after my originals were damaged. Initially, I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their quick response time. They even sent me photos of the parts before purchase, which was a nice touch. That said, I was a bit taken aback by the price they quoted, as it seemed quite steep for second-hand parts. After doing some research, I found aftermarket options that were significantly cheaper. I reached back out to Auckland Car Parts Ltd and expressed this, and they were willing to offer me a discount, which I appreciated. While the final price was still on the higher side, the convenience and timeliness of having the parts locally available made it worthwhile. Their stock of German car parts is impressive, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.
We went to buy tyre there very rude , unprofessional customer service.I have no words to express how bad customer service . I don’t know the name of guy serve us ,he was Muslim guy . Never recommend any one to buy anything from this shop . It’s better to spend little more money for good customer service.
Ordered a boot lid and sun visor from them through facebook a week or so prior from pick up, when we got there the staff had no idea who we we’re and said that we should have called them over the phone to order a part. Came all the way from Whangarei just to be told that they couldn’t remove the visor (but they could remove the bootlid???) and asked us to come back in a day or so. We had wasted enough time so we asked it to be shipped to our address, it has now been 3 months since we ordered that sun visor. Majority of staff is either rude or ignores you and their communication is god awful. I better be seeing a free sun visor or my money back!
Terrible company, agreed on a price and on pickup refused to pay the agreed amount and tried to low ball me. Communication was terrible, staff were rude. Don’t do business here, find people a bit more respectable.
