Really poor workmanship and customer service here. Have come here on two separate occasions and have had issues with repairs. The latest occasion the back of the watch popped out in less than 15 minutes! No attention to detail or care and not worth the price they charge.
Just bought my watch from here today and the customer service was amazing, the man there provided many options and great advice to help me pick the perfect watch. Overall amazing experience and would definitely shop there again.
Late post, went in Nov 9th Sat, we knew exactly what we wanted, browsed around , quite afew customers which kept the staff busy, male staff said hello maybe the manager? Appreciate your knowledge. Went to purchase my son watch a gift for his bday unfortunately the female islander wasn't really friendly started any conversation, only let down overall my son loves his watch, will Def be back to support our locals.
I've just left this store with a bad taste in my mouth. Two female customer service staff appeared apathetic to a potential sale. I've bought jewelry for gifts. If you're South Auckland local, you're much better off going to Broadway Jewellers in Mangere! Just left Broadway with my purchase. Lovely couple. Quite frankly Stonex customer service sucks!
I purchased a G Shock watch from Stonex which turned out to be faulty. Raj from Stonex quickly rectified the issue and gave me a good deal on another more expensive model which I was very happy with. I would rate Raj and Stonex 5 stars but unfortunately they use Post Haste for their courier service which took 5 days to deliver my first watch when it was an "overnight" delivery. Then, Post Haste lost my second watch from Stonex and I had to file an investigation to locate it. Post Haste have hundreds of 1 star reviews reflecting their poor standards of service. I will happily deal with Stonex again and I recommend them to others, I just wish they would use a different courier service such as NZ Post. I'd be more than happy to pay extra for a reliable postal service.
Forgot to pick up my daughter's 18th key on Saturday due to a funeral and the shop is closed on Sundays but out of the kindness of the shop owners hearts, he went out of his way and gave me a time to pick the key, therefore, I was able to pick up my daughter's key. 1 million thank yous and greatly appreciated.
Service superb. Product so safely packed. Will definitely use this company again.
