“We were very impressed with the way the manager, Raj, was able to attend to our requests - and he went far beyond the call of duty to satisfy them. First, with the selection of a beautiful ring. He displayed the rings we were interested in and enabled an easy choice of a white gold 'Dynasty' 19-diamond ring that looks fantastic. Second, with the selection of a black-face rose gold DW watch which he has ordered in for us. We have nothing but praise for his expertise and, above all, his patience. “I was referred to MRM by a friend while searching for a reliable and efficient mechanic. I scheduled an appointment, we were very impressed by how honest, and lovely the owner was explaining and showing us what needs to be fixed. Within three hours, the car was thoroughly inspected, quite a few known faults of the car when it was purchased were fixed, and a new WOF was issued. The pricing was also very competitive. “The staff at Carevets Papakura are wonderful, professional and caring. I can recommend this place very highly In the work they do. Netting was very noticeable unfortunately was their working conditions in the office area. It was extremely warm and not comfortable for anyone to be there for too long. Maybe the landlord might be able to at the least put In an air condition unit. The staff deserve that. Fingers crossed, for next time I visit there is one installed.”
