   This place used to sell quality products but not anymore. I've bought five boxes of floor tiles recently for a small project. When I received my tiles, I found some dry water marks outside few packages. Luckily I did open package and check them out right before the project. All the patterns of the tiles I found out are totally different and it's easy to tell they are not even the same product as commonsense. I understand tiles normally got several patterns but they are quite similar and related to each other. That's fine. They might import these tiles oversea at cheap price coz nobody wants them. I got charged so-called restocking fee for the return even though it's quality of product issue and I did not change my mind. Anyway I shopped elsewhere and got tiles I wanted.

   Not very good was in store for half hour NO HELP FROM THE 6 STAFF but was told we have to leave as they were closing soon ,, I took my business else were I did get better service from Warkworth carpet and tile

   We went to Tile Warehouse because it was local. We're really glad we did. We received fantastic service from Adelene and Juan (spelling may be wrong? The Boss). We bought flooring and splash back tiles. We had an issue with some flooring but it was sorted out so quickly that it became a plus rather than a minus. This sort of service that turns a negative into a positive is hard to find. We will be going back when we need tiles for the bathrooms. (next project). We used their recommended floor layer James, who also did an amazing job, nothing was too much and prompt service and communication. Thanks again to the team. Steve
