The team create a welcoming and caring environment and encourage every child to learn and play in line with their interests and at their own pace. The teachers are positive and engaged while also patient and they see the uniqueness in every child. Our daughter enjoys the atmosphere and made friends, quickly. The age spread is 2.5y to 5y and the group is relatively small which creates a very calm, kind, and compassionate environment for the kids. The kindy is affiliated with Glendowie Presbyterian Church, hence Christian values are key pillars of the concept and felt throughout. It's a small kindy with a big heart and we wouldn't want to send our daughter anywhere else.”

When my son, Alex, first started lessons at age 5, Mina's patience and understanding made learning fun. She's always encouraging, pushing him to reach his full potential while considering his age and developmental stage. I appreciate how Mina prepares concerts twice a year. These performances provide invaluable stage experience, helping Alex build confidence and overcome any performance anxiety. Her ability to tailor the lessons to Alex's interests is a huge plus. By incorporating pieces he enjoys, she's fostered a genuine love of music and playing the piano. I wholeheartedly recommend Mina as a piano teacher. Not only has she taught Alex piano skills, but she's also helped him grow as a person. Her dedication, expertise, and caring nature make her an outstanding instructor.”

“I started classes at reconnection training last summer and they have been absolutely amazing for so many reasons. I consider myself as reasonably fit with an active physical job, Gabrielle always pushes me to reach new strengths and boundaries whilst looking out meticulously at form and movement. The classes are always very varied and different and have strong movement focus which has increased my flexibility and strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. I always come away feeling muscle soreness (in a good way) I love that the sessions are outdoors on the beach when the weather omits and it's such a great start to the day with swims in the sea afterwards (totally optional lol) We always have a great laugh when working out and there's always people of varying abilities which are all accommodated for. I couldn't recommend these classes enough!”

Every class is different, everyone’s ability is considered and options are provided. We learn something new in each class so we look forward to attend training every week. “I love this daycare center ! From my sister, to my niece and now my daughter, each experience better than the last ! My daughter who is a very active, energetic and often times easily distracted child, is constantly learning new things and retaining so much information since starting here. They have a great daily routine that helps us keep her on schedule. Their indoor as well as outdoor setup is amazing, mostly handmade and crafted out of recycled goods. Last but not least the phenomenal teachers that make up this school ! They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and caring ! “Started from no driving experience to passing my restricted in one go, within a few classes!! I definitely had such a great experience learning how to drive. From the start, driving has been a fear for myself and to learn was something I was very hesitant of, however, with my tutor I was at ease and very comfortable. She understands each step of a new driver and pushes you to do your best, her efforts and patience let me get the best out of her lessons and I’m super grateful! Affordable costs for lessons and very versatile with availability as well. Totally recommend, happy driving!”

“I’ve trained here almost 9 months now, walking in as an absolute beginner with no previous martial arts or combat sport experience. My body has changed significantly, and I have definition in my muscles for the first time in my life. My cardio has improved significantly. Sime is an excellent coach, and so patient with myself (slow learner) and my roudy kids. I highly commend him for that. He definitely knows what he’s doing. I feel safe and supported in this learning environment and confident to go at my own pace. I’ve witnessed many of the fighters compete and win Golds multiple times, thanks to Sime and his coaching. The community at Eastside Grapplers has become like family to my kids and I due to the family friendly vibes. My kids enjoy training here as well and have made so many friends! The gym itself is clean and hygienic. Close to home, and affordable for my family and I. I’ve introduced this gym to my friends and cousins and would absolutely recommend to trial a class to others.”
