“Just Kidz have been such a friendly and welcoming daycare for my daughter. She has been there for over a year now and loves it. The teachers put in so much effort with all the activites they put on for the kids to help them grow and learn. “Have been training in this krav maga club for 6 years now! Very useful and practical, realistic and highly applicable form of martial arts and self-defense system. The teaching curriculum is also very structured, organized and logical. The good fitness training that comes along is an excellent bonus. “This is an amazing Gym, and so are the staff. The gym space and bathroom are clean, and well maintained. I left another gym that I was practically paying $1/day for 24/7 access, to join this gym. While this gym is smaller and doesn't have as much equipment. It has everything I need to complete my work outs without feeling that I've lost workout volume. Also the fact that it's always clean, the members are considerate to put away the gear they use, and the bathrooms are clean. The gym is never packed to the point that I'm waiting for equipment, not forced to change my routine. I am grateful for this gym, I'm only annoyed I didn't join sooner.”

“This centre truly deserves more than just 5 stars. Phoebe and her incredible team are amazing with the kids. I have a non-verbal 4-year-old daughter, and since she started here, she has become so much more vocal! She even puts her own shoes away at home and washes her hands with soap. My autistic child used to struggle with following instructions, but since joining BSMC last year, she's made tremendous progress. Believe me when I say, I tried nearly 10 different centres before finding this one. From the moment I walked in, I felt something different, and I knew this was the right place for my girl. The staff are so patient and understanding with her. She absolutely loves going to daycare and always says "excited" when I drop her off. They make her feel safe and loved, and as a parent, what more could you ask for?”

“I started my martial arts journey at ground control and now I can grapple in live situations with CONFIDENCE. Ground control offers a great friendly environment with people of all ages and skill. I'm always nervous to go to training- as I'm a small fellow. But once I arrive the community is so friendly I leave forgetting that I was even worried in the first place, taking home essential skills with me. I can also appreciate the owner, Michael who also is always implementing changes and figuring out how he can make the most value out of his classes.”

“Our family loves Red Kite Preschool, we make the daily effort to travel 30minutes in traffic each day because the staff are so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. We love that they have male teachers as role models, and that some of the teachers speak Mandarin & Cantonese to our children who are of Chinese decent. We did not hesitate to send our 2nd child into the baby room, as we know that the she is cared for with lots of love and adoration ”

“We have our son (4y) and daughter (1.5y) at BestStart Remuera road. I really feel like we hit the jackpot with this daycare. There is a real focus on our daughter's development in the baby room. They really care about her and she loves going everyday. I have noticed her recently excelling in her speech and even has started identifying colours. I was so nervous at first as it took her a while to settle – the staff were calm and reassured me of what is normal and I'm glad to now see her toddle in willingly! In the 2y and over room it's mixed ages like that of Kindergarten and they have started a "school ready" program for the 4y+ preschoolers. I feel like my own IQ has been bolstered by what my son has learnt over the past few months. He knows so much about the solar system and has started writing his name. The expertise the teachers here bring is definitely more than I ever hoped for. More than happy with Remuera Road!”

“Jake has been great this week - super helpful during the refresher dive as part of my ReActivate course and great fun as our skipper for a day of boat dives, along with instructor Jack who was also really fun and friendly. Highly recommend the dive shop and especially the boat day, as it was great to see more of Waiheke. Adam and the whole team were lovely when I was emailing from the UK arranging my dives and have been helpful and patient with me given it’s been a while since I’ve dived.”

He teaches everything from DnB through House to all the latest sounds. All tempos and mixing styles.
