   I came here about 2 years ago, to do a “kickboxing class, suitable for every level including beginners”. Was not super fit and didn’t know much about kickboxing, and immediately got told off for not having equipment like wraps or gloves on me (which i don’t own as I was beginner). Immediately felt very unwelcome. I Came with a friend to try and see if kickboxing was for us, and the trainers that were there barely gave us advice and focused on those who were more skilled even though it was a supposed “beginner” class. After getting laughed at, and not much assistance as far as improving by those in charge of the class I decided I would not come back as I was too sad and uncomfortable to attempt again. Put me off trying kickboxing overall.

   Hands down the best martial arts gym I’ve been to. All the instructors are knowledgeable, inclusive and kind. They treat everyone, regardless of their level, as family and go out of their way to support the individuals training goals. Can not recommend them highly enough for any person at any level if you are looking for top class training and a safe, friendly environment.

   Wouldn't train anywhere else! Great dojo, excellent trainers and nothing but good vibes when you walk through that door! One of the best martial arts gym on the shore with top striking, grappling and strength and conditioning all under one roof ... Not to mention a great family environment lives here! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting the full range of fighting.

   10/10 facility, 11/10 coaches, and 12/10 community. It's amazing what happens when structure meets passion - I had the opportunity to roll with a few guys at every level and learned something from each one of them. Can't recommend this place enough, and I can't recommend the craft in any way that would do it justice. Stop reading reviews, and just show up. You will be welcomed. You will learn. And you will grow!
