“A hidden gem in Gleneden, if you are after tasty fried kchicken look no further. Dined here for dinner as first timers after reading reviews and now we understand why this place has a high rating. Very friendly customer service. We were welcomed with big smiles and served right away. Sushi was 100% tasty and the fried chicken with mini hashbites were the best I have had. Flavour and coating was just too good, you know the chicken is good when you dont need to add the side sauces on. Prices very reasonable too. With a wide range to try. I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to come back and try out the rest of the menu. Thank you for the beautiful food❤️”

“What an experience! Took my girlies to their first drag show and it was incredible. Everything from the gorgeous girls, ambience, food and many laughs were just brilliant. You get to keep the souvenir cups which is a cute memory. Food tasted so homey and just what we needed before continuing the night. Bar Manager and Bartender pushed drinks out the whole time and did an awesome job. Not only the girls performances were so fun and enjoyable to watch but their service throughout the whole night were so attentive and glamorous. Met some incredible people and would highlyyyyy recommend anyone to book for either an occasion or just to try something with friends.”

Had breadfruit for the first time since visiting the islands. Just really gorgeous, simple and fulling meals. I was looked after by Asif who took great care of our table (my partner and I). “I lived across the road for about 8 months and frequently visited Vero Cafe. I can honestly say it's my favourite Cafe in Auckland! The owners are very friendly and the food is fantastic. Sitting outside in the sun and enjoying their delicious all-day breakfast and great coffee was the highlight of my day.”

“This is the second time we've had Pizza Pesto cater for a birthday. Each time the service is above and beyond - Angela was incredibly helpful even on short notice to deliver for our event. The pizzas arrived hot and our guests all asked where we got them from! The butter chicken one was a real crowd pleaser in particular. One guest even said it was the best catered birthday party he'd been too! Thanks for going above and beyond in every respect!”

“Yaye❤️Finally a place where island food is cooked to the upmost best in Henderson . I bought the pork, fried keke pua'a, panakeke, potato salad, and the yummy Pineapple pie. Everything was cooked to how it should. Pork was tender, NOT CHEWY or DRY. Was very satisfying and highly recommended. Service was awesome too. Welcoming and friendly. I have tasted lots of burgers in Nz but this place cmon living whole of my life in south side and I didnt know about this place. Come and try .
