   My puppy and I stop by here every week to relax. It’s a small café with a really nice outdoor seating area, and I honestly had the softest muffin I’ve ever had in Auckland here. Even though pets are only allowed in the outdoor area, Andrew has always been incredibly kind — offering my puppy treats and bringing water (and even ice on warmer days). Those thoughtful little touches make a big difference.

   I lived across the road for about 8 months and frequently visited Vero Cafe. I can honestly say it's my favourite Cafe in Auckland! The owners are very friendly and the food is fantastic. Sitting outside in the sun and enjoying their delicious all-day breakfast and great coffee was the highlight of my day.

   Very good coffee and friendly owner and staff, and great breakfast food as well, my favorite is the french toast, beautifully presented and taste great as well, the blueberry muffins are good as well, always freshly baked and moist.

   I have tried many French toasts around Auckland and the one I had here come close to the top when it comes to creativity and presentation. Well worth the price for the portion. The cafe itself is a bit old style and good do with a bit of a revamp. More seating would be great. Locals love the cafe.

   Two of our group had eggs Benedict, well presented and delicious, I had a muffin which was very nice, the meat pie looked great in a crockery bowl but unfortunately was a 3 out of 10. All hot drinks were great. Andrew was friendly, efficient and attentive, we were at an outside table with two dogs and fresh water and treats were given to the dogs which was really appreciated. We recommend and will be back

   Great little family run Cafe. Service is friendly, food was pleasantly, surprisingly fresh and delicious. You won't be completely wow-ed but definitely won't be disappointed. Highly recommended by the surrounding community, cleanliness is average though, could do a better job here, but otherwise good, I'd come back for the French Toast, anyway. Easy, free parking as a bonus.

   As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely staff. Their staff were friendly, inviting, positive, and hospitable. Food took some time to arrive and were good. Overall, it was a place I would go back to because of how nice the people were.

   We went here for Fathers Day (five of us) - found it through Google reviews. Didn’t even know this place existed - a little hidden gem of a cafe! The couple looking after front of house were absolutely lovely - smiles and a sense of humour go such a long way. The food was yummy, we had the eggs Benedict with bacon and brioche French toast - totally delicious. Coffees and smoothies yum, all in all, a wonderful place to eat that we thoroughly recommend and will come back to.
