   Dave Crann was our property manager and the best we’ve ever had. Dave is fair, prompt with maintenance/repairs and extremely empathetic. We had THREE large Rottweilers reside at our property and not once did we run into any issues with Dave. My family and I always had open contact with our landlord and he was available for help at all hours of the day and night. There have been many times we’re Dave has helped with issues outside of work hours. We need property managers that help families into homes and one that is dedicated. Dave Crann is your guy! You will never find a property manager of his calibre.

   Tony goes the extra mile. He was the Real Estate agent for my mother’s property, he included the whole family with the whole process and kept the communication lines open. Explained the process to us kids. He also helped my mum with finding a property out of town and personally drove her to view it.

   Linda Chandler goes out of her way to ensure your property journey is a smooth ride. When buying my first home, it was a big financial and emotional decision. I was very fortunate to have Linda Chandler as the sales agent for the home I bought. Linda’s market knowledge together with her likeability and calm and collective persona are highly valued qualities in someone who is presenting your home to others. I found Linda had an ease in the way she conducted herself even amidst the stress that comes with negotiating such an important transaction. Linda provided valuable support throughout the open home, sale/purchase process, pre-settlement inspection, and she continues to provide ongoing support even after settlement. I found Linda to be a super prompt communicator, she often checked in with me to see if I had any concerns and she was very efficient in going out of her way to source the required information to satisfy all my queries. I am happy to recommend Linda to anyone without hesitation.

   Couldn't͏ have asked for more. We͏ checked around and interviewed a couple of agents, and Graham stood out as the obvious choice. He was honest and transparent about the perceived value and costs to market our home. Rather than telling us what he thought we might want to hear, he was straight up with us and we appreciated that. (A little different to the other agents we interviewed!) Graham promoted our home at every opportunity, ran two open homes every weekend, and was excellent with his feedback - warts and all. We felt he was on our side all the way, and so it turned out. He sold our property at a very agreeable price to us, and we were extremely appreciative of the work he did to bring this about. Very happy customers who couldn't fault Grahams efforts, and would highly recommend Graham to anyone wanting an honest, open and tireless agent working for them. Worth every penny.

   Professional, involved and persistent When we finally decided to sell our home, we decided to go with Qinghui, we liked her style and open nature and she provided much in the way of assistance and information and advise to ensure our home was ready for the market. Her persistence even when faced with a tightening and difficult market really pleased us and showed that we had made the right choice in the sale of our property. Her knowledge and skills and communication was excellent throughout. It was all in all a great experience working with her and would strongly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell or buy property.

   Amazing Agent! Highly recommend listing with Deb! Selling our house with Deb was beyond easy, she made the whole process stressfree - and as we signed with her in Level 4 - that's saying something! Deb and Nicky kept me up to date with what was happening due to lockdowns, kept us informed about where we were at, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
