   Meet one of the team member’s at an open home and the way he conducted him self when asked questions about the property showed he had little knowledge of the area and the property. I tried to ask a few questions that I wanted a honest and transparent response from rather, he decided to avoid the question all together. Wouldn’t trust them with the sale of my home!

   I chose to work with Jen as I attended one of her open homes as a buyer and she genuinely worked hard for a sale, followed up and was easy to deal with. As a seller I cannot fault Jen’s service. She is honest, pragmatic and an excellent negotiator. Her communication and marketing skills are also excellent. We sold for an excellent price in a declining market. I cannot thank Jen enough for her advice and guidance which ultimately lead to a fantastic result for all parties.

When they moved out, she ensured that the place was back to pristine condition both times. She is easy to contact, methodical in her approach and totally trust worthy. They have both looked after me so well and keep int ouch regularly to make sure everything is okay with the rental I am in. The professionalism, communication and genuine care for myself as a tenant is above and beyond what I have had before. Loved going into the new home with a bottle of wine as well!
