   Warmth, professionalism and a can do attitude. A delight to work with. Living away from Auckland, we had minimal knowledge of local agents or the general market. Being recommended to Barfoot & Thompson, we were allocated Lucille as our agent. Chance rolled the dice for us in this scenario and we came up Trumps! From my first conversation with Lucille, I could feel her warmth, energy and professional mindset. Lucille was so easy to speak with, and to ask questions of (which there were many!) I felt she was 100% upfront and honest the whole process, whilst also being able to have that human connection and some laughter along the way. She was nimble in a currently tough market, changing tact in terms of sales approach after only a few weeks and some quiet open homes. Trusting her knowledge and experience, we took on Lucille’s advice and started to see bites, and then a catch within a few weeks of us agreeing to change course. Lucille went above and beyond, liaising with us the vendor, our tenant, property manager, lawyer and other agents to do all she could to find a purchaser for our property. A delight to work with, she kept her promise and kept us informed and updated the whole way. Highly recommended and would use her services again without question!

   A gem to work with . We had a wonderful experience with Lucille and Debbie, they were patient whilst we had a hard situation to deal with as well as not the easiest property to sell. Whilst similar properties had been on the market over a year, she managed to get us a realistic price that we were happy with in just a few months. Lucille was there rain or shine showing off the property, they helped us stage and she would even wipe down counters or surfaces we missed. She has great attention to deal and has a heart of gold.    Absolute above and beyond. Anna was simply fabulous. She went well beyond to help us get our property to market. She was incredibly professional, and became our friend, project manager and agent all in one! We live in the South Island had significant issues with a destructive tenant and she assisted with the renovation to get to market, with access to trades, and staging. We are so appreciative of her commitment and willingness to help. Ultimately she found us a purchaser very quickly and secured us a great negotiation.
