   We used Iron Bridge to manage a rental property for two years before we ended up selling, and would definitely recommend their services. Char Farrimond was our property manager and was a pleasure to deal with - we were kept well informed the whole way through and anything that we needed was only a call away. The fees were fair and we received excellent support day and night. When it came time to sell there were a few last minute hurdles but Char went over and above to make sure everything was sorted in time for settlement day!

   Donna Taylor from Iron Bridge helped manage my rental property at 5/89 Bruce McLaren Road, Henderson, for four years. She did a very good 5 star job very well done! she always let me know when the property need to be maintained and how to upgrade it to the top notch condition, and then arrange the technicians to come to fix my property in a very timely fashion. So the tenant has no worry to live there, and I do not need to worry too, and we continue to enjoy and love this property together. She is very kind and efficient and pleasant to work with. And really appreciate her work with my property sale agent and my tenant together, to arrange the sale of my property during the last 7 months. Also many thanks to Iron Bridge team to have created a very good platform and web app for us as house owners to manage our tenancy finance reports. Ironbridge also provide good routine house inspection reports with photos so you can always be sure about the condition of your property... I will strongly recommend Donna and Iron Bridge team to any other landlord there.
