Very poor communication from this property management company. As a tenant interested in one of their listings, I found it extremely difficult to get a response. The property manager wouldn't answer phone calls and often took over a day to respond to text messages, if they replied at all. I’ve dealt with several property managers from other companies and this has been by far the worst experience. Honestly surprised how they have a 5-star rating on Google. Definitely not reflective of the service I received. Update - After leaving this review, I received a message from the company threatening legal action unless I removed it.

You always inform us of changes and when you make inspections, things get done, like broken hooks or windows that need fixing. However, sometimes the notice for inspection doesn't give us enough time to prepare the property for inspection, especially when we're all working and not have enough time to clean up etc.
Nick Clark has been great. Its been a good ten years since I last lived in a rental property and felt quite out of touch in regards to how things work as a tenant - Nick answered all my questions and made the transition smooth. Thanks Climber Property.
