   Lucia and her team were instrumental in the process to secure the funds for our (dream) first property. They were able to do what everyone else couldn’t do with total ease and a positive attitude. The system they have created for gathering information is straightforward and easy to use - where other organisations offering similar products are confusing and antiquated with their approval processes for lending.    We joined Lucia's programme at the end of Oct 2021, by Feb 2022 we bought our 1st investment house which we won't believe at that time we can afford to buy any property in Central Auckland with the limit amount of borrowings. Lucia taught us lots of concepts. For example you need to save 50% of your income towards investment which is including your mortgage. It might look very difficult at the beginning but once you start to look at your spending habit and willing to take actions to make the difference, things start to change. You have to believe positive actions bring positive results. Lucia is definatly a great mentor, she raises your cognitive ability and you just have to believe in yourself you can achieve all these goals and make sure to take actions.
