   Lina from this branch had brought people through my house listed under Barfoot, she left the sliding door open when left, storm came at the night, flooded the house. Now they denied everything and not even report or respond to insurance company, very disappointed and very shame dealing with this company

   We were actively avoiding homes listed by Barfoot & Thompson, after being treated incredibly poorly by one of their agents at one of our first viewings. We then went to an open home we did not realise was a Barfoot listing, and met Raewyn Marles. She was so kind, respectful and informative, even after we told her the property was was not what we were looking for, that in the space of 10 minutes, she had complety restored my entire view on Barfoot & Thompson. She went above and beyond to assit us with advice, guidence and genuine care, that 3 weeks later we purchased our first home through her. Raewyn is an absolute star, and we are so glad we stumbled across her. Thank you, Raewyn! We are beyond happy, and settling into our first home that we are so in love with, and may have missed out on if it wasn't for you and your spectacular attitude and service.    I give Hattie Huo 10 out of 10 She was Amazing. I met lot off real estate agents. But she was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and nothing was any trouble. She understood just what I wanted And when I did find the place .which was listed with another company. She was so amazing. Has I was stress out with so many offers on my house now. I tell all my friends about her if they selling or buying. Hattie very smart and very patient has I looked at heaps off place .she was very honest too. Which I did not find with other agents.    Sonia Martinez is an outstanding property manager, she makes necessary and professional communication when there is a need. She has good knowledge of property management, she knows what to do and resolves the problem in a timely manner. If you are looking for a good property manager to look after your property and save your time, remove your headache, she is the one you want to work with. She was not the first person I contacted at B&T, but in my opinion she is the best and I would recommend her to other people.
