I'm not happy about the experience that I had with Finex Chartered Accountants, and below are the reasons: - At the beginning of the engagement, I noticed that Baqir needed to research basic things like home-office rent ratio calculations and other aspects related to small businesses. During some meetings, he needed to use google to answer my questions. - After a few months, Baqir started to get very busy, and he delegated the work to a new accountant who didn't provide accurate information or show up for appointments. I had to follow up multiple times to get a reply from him. - I decided to terminate the engagement, and I was shocked that Baqir insisted on charging me the total amount, including work that he didn't deliver (GST return and Tax return), which was very greedy and didn't show consideration to the poor experience.
I am using Finex Accounting from last few years for both as my individual and my company account. They’ve been very on top of tax planning, providing guidance throughout the year.
