Lovely little house very close to the bus route into Auckland CBD. Quiet and peaceful with lovely view of the sea. We particularly love to stay here because of the location and proximity to our family. All appliances work really well with the added bonus of a washing machine. Efficient communication when checking in.
So gorgeously secluded by forest plants right up to the windows! A very peaceful place. Exactly what we needed after staying in very busy inner city hotels! Interior is bright and really well presented. Generous kitchen and properly poweful shower!
Great apartment for our family trip to Auckland, easy to find, easy to access (loved the video!) and had everything we needed. Host was really communicative but also left us to ourselves. We'd definitely stay here again.
We rented a property for three weeks while our house was being renovated. It was a lovely wee home that met all our needs, was in a great location and was well appointed. The property managers were very responsive and friendly and I would absolutely recommend this company!
Manukau Harbour View accommodation was superb. Location, accessibility, cleanliness and car park is a bonus. Check in was smooth, the same with check out too. Simple communication with Amy via email made our stay enjoyable and stress free, just how we like it. We will definitely book again for future stays in Auckland. Amy has a great website and good occupancy rates. She is great with the guests. Unfortunately communication with us as owners was a problem and monthly statements difficult to get and sometimes inaccurate. Important to check as there were some missed payments. Longer stays (3-6 months)provide certainty of income however there are none of the inspections required for valid insurance cover (or identifying problem tenants) and you can get locked into rates lower than market. Cleaning and maintenance sometimes excellent but definitely had substandard periods. Beware when cancelling your contract - bookings will be moved to other properties leaving your property empty for the notice period. Started well however the business has grown quickly maybe she is just spread too thin.
Our apartment is consistently booked through Furnished Rentals. It's pain-free from our side - Amy handles the bookings, check-ins, cleaning, questions - everything. We don't need to worry. The cleaning is always done professionally and our apartment is well taken care of.
