They were quick to schedule an appointment for the dog I brought in, and it wasn’t busy at all, which made the process very efficient. Their visit price was reasonable and not overly expensive. “I was really stressful and concerned about my cat who started to show signs of not being able to open her right eye and I was worried death. So I call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for her and all the clinics are fully booked. Even Herne Bay as well of course. But what I love about them is they don't just hang off the phone telling me there's no spot for my cat, instead they provided me with some useful information on what to do and they showed care to my cat's situation ♡ I'm really grateful for the lady who answered my call this morning;) she was super helpful and lovely! “I love getting a reminder via email and text that my fur baby is due for his yearly vaccines! Booking an appointment online is super easy, done in 1 minute tops. Once I got in the lovely ladies greeted me and I was seen very quickly. They listened to the concern I had with a bump on Alfies skin and took a look at it for me and gave me advice. Did the vaccine and I was good to go. My dog was very at ease in the patient room. Kumeu isn't local for us, but it is worth the drive for this kind of care.”
