   Both Goran and Shadi are excellent dentists. Friendly team, clean clinic, and professional. I know their dental equipments are amongst the best compared to a few others I've visited in the past. I've been with this dental clinic for a few years now. My teeth is one of my most needed care and maintenance. Meaning I've visited this clinic frequently. Their prices are very affordable. I do shop around for quotes to compare costs and this clinic has definitely been amongst the most affordable for me and my family. I have several other family members who comes here too and share similar positive experiences. I 100% , highly recommend this dental clinic. Take it from someone who grew up visiting dentists alot!    Very dodgy business! They will do you a Winz quote lie for you to make more money for themselves and then do a bad job on your teeth . They also tried to rip me off by charging me $250 for a “deep clean” but she did not clean in-between every tooth and did a very poor job scaling and polishing only cleaning between a few teeth assuming I wouldn’t notice . I asked her about it and her response was “oh you felt that?” She then charged me the real price which was $105 . I went back today for another clean because it was already paid for and again it was a bad experience . I have been to many dentist as I travel a lot and this one by far the worst! The shop itself is in poor condition , the staff walk around the room while you’re in a chair getting your teeth done , everyone is talking around you it’s like really unprofessional and unpleasant . Glad I got my last clean done there . Never going back again so so dodgy! But if you don’t know what you’re looking for in a dentist go there cos they will happily lie to your face .

   Had a great experience at Dentists on Birkenhead! Dr. Shadi is an amazing dentist. Super gentle, clear in explaining everything, and really made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The clinic is clean, professional, and the staff are friendly too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about your comfort and does a great job!

   Had my root canal done good work. Tooth itself is a 1outta 5 is a 2 as i was told my tooth had to be left the way it is a big bolg hanging out with gaping between food easily gets stuck between.... $2k for treatment. Good friendly welcoming with Beautiful recieption Lady and dentist but work wasnt up to my expection by Dentist Cheers.

   Excellent Dentist! Francesca, Goran & the team are professional, friendly and respectful! Started seeing Pearl last year before she left, and found her to be excellent. Now Goran is my main dentist, he is very understanding, patient and does a great job! They offer affordable prices and really made sure I was walking away smiling! Thanks so much team! Really really impressed with this dentist and my overall results!

   I booked an appointment for a quick checkup (for a cavity) for 2:30pm on a weekday. Asked how long it would take, in my experience it takes 5 minutes. They said it would take 30 minutes on the phone. I showed up on time, filled out the form quickly and waited. Was reminded twice that they would be ready soon. This didn't happen and after 27 minutes I no longer had time to wait and had to leave. To add insult to wasting my time they messaged me saying they'd waive a consultancy fee because of their tardiness. Again I've been to two dentists prior to this for quotes on the work and neither charged any "consultancy" fee. If you value your money and time, do not come here find somewhere else.

   Great dental practice! Very efficient with friendly professional staff. The receptionist Francesca was lovely & kindly looked after my 3 month old baby while I had my dental appointment & the dentist Shadi did a fantastic job checking & cleaning my teeth. Also very affordable. Will definitely be recommending this practice to others. Thank you so much ☺️

   Update: the way this clinic has handled my complaint since posting the below review has been outstanding. Both the receptionist (Francesca) and the owner of the clinic (Goran) contacted me promptly with sincere apologies and an offer of a partial refund. My experience took place a long time ago so this was not expected but greatly appreciated. I have also been advised that the Dentist who performed my original veneer application was a contractor and is no longer working at the clinic. Goran takes pride in his work and his practice, which is reflected in his effort to get in touch with me. For this alone I have changed the star rating and updated my review. Original review: My experience with this clinic was traumatic to say the least. Second opinions on the veneer application I had done at this clinic confirm they were done very poorly. Was also awful having my gums essentially cauterised with scalpel that was held to a mini blowtorch mid process. Honestly considered taking my complaint to some kind of Dentist Association, but it truely has been too much of an ordeal. Overall, had a terrible experience here. Felt taken advantage of, not heard in any way. Will never go back nor recommend to anyone. NB: I have no idea if the dentist who performed my veneer application still works there.
